     The spherical lens has both a horizontal curve and a vertical curve of exactly 270 degrees which together focus the infrared energy on a single focal point. This keeps the targets' image on the lens. Therefore, there is never a need to adjust the optics either horizontal or vertically. Just mount an SRP sensor between 5' and 12' and walk away.

     The perfect-fit case has extra room for the entry and connection of wires and an extra wide channel on the back for surface mounting the detector. The case allows for a simple snap-in connection for the lens with no need for re-attaching additional plastic brackets and screws to hold the lens in place.
